Hello everyone!

With the release of v4, Bloodclotte is now off hiatus. Thank you for waiting - I've been putting a lot of my energy towards my day job (I work in the creative industries now, producing classical music events), but I'm now in a position to be properly working on projects like this again.

The major change this update is the inclusion of Quest Advances, which are Class-specific missions that take you outside of the hospital to do field work. Each one gives your character a Knack (useful for when you don't have access to your Domain Wards) and introduces two new patients with thematic symptoms. Quest Advances introduce a needed mid-game into Bloodclotte, and are unlockable after you've cleared your first patients at the hospital.

Death Priests will hone their exorcism skills in the Canopic city of Carezia; Iatromaths will deal with the effects of the blood comet in the walled city of Shihaeb; Metaphysicians will attend an infectious diseases conference in the revolutionary capital of Trousseau; Nurseteers will treat ghostly wounds in the ancient woods of Widokowy; Sawbones will practice their dentistry in the free port of Argumosa; and Yellow Chemists will uncover the mysteries of the drowned bodies around Tschirnhausen. Cultivator and Symmetrist are yet to receive Quest Advances, but I'll be speaking to my guest writers about an update.

Each city has some worldbuilding written up under Quest Locations later in the book. Ward Advice has been expanded to include the Nurseteer stations, some new art has been included, and a new page has been added before Classes to clear up some misunderstandings about Minor and Major Abilities and to share advice for how to best use them.
